Be Your Customer, allows you step inside the shoes of your customer, see how they see things, and get hands on experience how they might interact with your product. This workshop concentrates on observational techniques and empathy scenarios, which are user research methods that enable you to gain insight into your customers’ world helping you experience problems that they might encounter with a product. Learn how to extract valuable insights that translate into an informed product or service for your customer.
